The meeting of the International Headquarters was attended by authorized representatives of the national headquarters of the Organization’s member states from internal affairs bodies (police), state (national) security agencies, border services and financial intelligence units, as well as representatives of the Council of Heads of Financial Intelligence Units (SRPFR), the Coordination Service of the Council of Commanders of the Border Troops and the Bureau to Coordinate the Fight against Organized Crime and Other Dangerous Species estupleny.

The priority goal of the operation is to work to curb the criminal activities of organized groups and communities with international and interregional links involved in organizing illegal migration.
