First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia Alexander Gorovoy was elected for three years as Chairman of the Coordination Council of the heads of the competent authorities of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) on combat matters with illegal migration, said Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Yerlan Turgumbayev.
